Before You Order

• Quality Assurance: We thoroughly test all phones before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Software Options: We offer phones with Chinese Official ROM, Global ROM, and a Customized ROM with Google Play and multiple languages (rooted, no OTA updates). However, not all phones can be flashed with different ROMs. Contact us for compatibility details.
• Original Box: We typically open the box to install a Multi-language ROM and Google Play. If you require an unopened box, please specify in your order message. Please note that multi-language ROMs may have bugs and incomplete translations.
• Benchmark Scores: Antutu benchmark scores may vary depending on phone state during testing. Don’t be surprised if your score differs slightly from ours.
• Storage Capacity: Available storage space may be less than advertised due to pre-installed software. We cannot accept disputes regarding ROM/RAM data discrepancies.
• Language and Assistant: Language translations may not be 100% accurate, and the official Chinese voice assistant only supports Chinese.
• Customs Fees: You might be responsible for additional taxes upon import. We can provide necessary documents to assist with customs clearance, but we do not cover these fees.
• Remote Area Shipping: DHL shipping fees may not include charges for remote areas.
• Network Compatibility: Please check network compatibility in your country using this link: willmyphonework.net
• Gifts: We are not liable for any issues with provided gifts (e.g., cases, screen protectors).
• Taxes: The order value does not include taxes or VAT. You may be responsible for these charges upon import.

Receiving Your Parcel

• Parcel Weight: The declared weight on the label is not the actual weight. Contact us for the actual weight.
• Damaged Parcel: If the parcel appears damaged upon arrival, record a video as evidence before opening it. Open the package at the post office and record a video if the contents are damaged or missing. Request official documentation from the post office, especially a claim form.
• Software Updates: Do not update the Android system, as this may remove the multi-language ROM and Google Play. We are not responsible for issues caused by software updates.

Returns and Refunds

• Phone Issues: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your phone to report any problems. We will assist you in troubleshooting, but cannot guarantee replacements after 7 days.
• Returns: Contact us for return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs to China. If the phone is in perfect condition, a 13% restocking fee will apply.
• Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty on phones (excluding accessories) for manufacturing defects. Artificial damage (e.g., cracked screen, broken motherboard) and free gifts are not covered. You are responsible for shipping costs and replacement part fees for warranty repairs.
